Copresco has received two
APEX 2000 awards
of excellence from Communications Concepts, Inc. The awards--for a technical
newsletter and the corporate web site--recognize Copresco's excellence in
design, content and overall communications effectiveness.
Some 4900
entries were submitted in the national competition sponsored by the business
communications and services organization.
The technical newsletter--TechTopics--is a quarterly publication devoted to
in-depth articles on digital technology, document preparation and production,
and printing on-demand. Each issue is printed with a divider tab for easy
filing and reference.
Copresco's website at www.copresco.com offers fast access to key personnel
through e-mail links and an anonymous FTP site for customers to transmit Mac
and PC electronic files for digital printing. Links to major companies in the
printing and publishing business allow users to obtain the latest upgrades and
patches to software publishing applications.
Internet browsers can find
details about the company's services, including press releases, promotional
material and technical bulletins. Back issues of TechTopics and Copresco's
monthly newsletter may be downloaded in text or PDF formats. "We appreciate
the recognition for our technical communications program," says
Steve Johnson, company president. "As a leader in
the high-tech digital printing industry, we have worked hard to develop
practical and effective communications tools. TechTopics was developed in
response to customer requests for more technical information.
Our
website does not feature fancy graphics or animations. The site was created in
order to better communicate with customers and other visitors. We also
regularly update our print and Internet media to meet the fast-changing needs
of the digital printing industry."
