Copresco has won three more website-related Awards of Excellence
from Communications Concepts.
The www.copresco.com site was honored in multiple APEX
2005 web categories for its ease of use, communications effectiveness
and practical, user-friendly content and tools. This is the seventh
consecutive year the website has won the coveted awards. Copresco also
received an Award of Excellence for a new website created
for a client.
Since 1998 when Copresco began entering the APEX
competition, the company has won 17 Awards of Excellence,
including three Grand Awards.
"The website is one of our most important customer and employee
communications tools," says Copresco president Steve Johnson.
The continuously upgraded site, which is hosted and maintained by
Copresco, offers extensive resources on digital printing technology.
Links to major companies in the printing and publishing business
provide quick access to freeware, shareware and software upgrades.
"During the past year, we have made significant changes and
enhancements to provide easier access and navigation for customers and
site visitors. A new Internet files transfer system offers the
simplicity of e-mail and the reliability of File Transfer Protocol
transmission," Johnson explained.
Awards in the annual APEX competition for communications professionals
are based on excellence in editorial content, graphic design and the
success of the entry in achieving overall communications effectiveness
and excellence. Judges consider the quality of creative ideas and
concepts displayed rather than the expenses involved in producing the
entries. Some 5,000 entries were received in 2005.
Copresco specializes in digital on-demand printing of publications,
books and manuals for clients in the general business, printing trade,
technical and institutional fields. The company is headquartered in the
Chicago area
