Copresco has received three more Pinnacle Awards for color printing from
the Printing Industry of Illinois/Indiana Association.
The Carol Stream
digital printer won a Best of Category Award for a four-color personalized
child's book and Awards of Excellence for a brand style manual and an
industrial mold-processing guide.
Since the awards program began five
years ago, Copresco has won 14 awards for printing excellence, including five
in the Best of Category designation.
"We know that the Pinnacle Awards
reflect the high printing standards of our industry," Copresco president Steve
Johnson says. "But, these winners deserve special mention because they also
display the versatility of our on-demand printing services."
The
personalized hard cover book, which contains the child's name and cartoon
character likenesses of the child throughout the story, was digitally printed
for Peeka Productions. The Chicago company produces one-of-a-kind books for
babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
The 44-page full-color brand style
manual provides strict usage standards for all graphic elements used by a
global brokerage organization as well as rules for use of the firm's color
system. Absolute accuracy of logos, taglines, typefaces, colors and visuals is
imperative when reproducing a corporate identity manual.
The 54-page
full-color mold processing guide offers several user-friendly features,
including lay-flat plastic coil binding, mylar reinforced index tabs dividers
and a die-cut cover pocket.
Copresco president Steve Johnson receives the Best of
Category Award from Joanne Rock,
executive vice president of the Printing
Industry of Illinois/Indiana Association.
Copresco specializes in digital on-demand printing of publications,
books and manuals for clients in the general business, printing trade,
technical and institutional fields.
