Awards for Publications Excellence Received

Copies Overnight, Inc. has received two APEX '98 awards for publications excellence from Communications Concepts, Inc. The awards–for marketing communications and a one person-produced newsletter–recognize Copies Overnight's excellence in graphic design, editorial content and overall communications effectiveness. Nearly 4,600 entries were submitted in the national competition sponsored by the business communications and services organization.

Copies Overnight's comprehensive marketing communications program comprises a monthly newsletter and technical bulletin series, direct mail, sales literature, print advertising, public relations and publicity, and other communications media ranging from on-hold messages to a corporate web site.

The firm's targeted newsletterCopies Overnight Lite–combines humor with sales and product information for over 1000 qualified customers and prospects. In 1997, a series of examples issues was developed to graphically illustrate various production techniques, including reinforced Mylar tab dividers, metric paper sizes, coated stock and pre-printed "shells."
