New Technology In Our Stocking...

Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black are Holiday Colors

Santa came early to Copresco this year. He put everyone at Copresco at the top of his “nice” list for always going the extra mile to meet your deadlines.

Christmas Color

Our letter to Santa asked for a new color press so that Copresco could continue to deliver full-color books, manuals, and publications with the highest of quality while still satisfying your demands for the hottest of hot-rush deadlines.

Twice the Presents

Santa Claus knows everything! He knew how busy we had been in 2022, and that Copresco would be even busier in 2023. That’s why he brought us not one, but two new Canon Imagepress C9010VP presses!

The addition of these two new presses doubles Copresco’s color capacity.

Shining Example

“Copresco is a shining example of what can be achieved when you blend advanced technology with decades of hands-on experience,” noted Peter Kowalczuk, President of Canon Solutions America.

“We are excited to build on our long-standing relationship with Copresco to help them as they continue to develop new and innovative ways to hone their craft.”

Workhorses

“The choice of machinery was simple,” observes Copresco president Steve Johnson.

“We chose these presses because they bring the most advantages to our customers. Talk of fancy new technology is meaningless until our clients see clear benefits.”

Steve noted that Copresco has a long history of eschewing “glamor” machinery in favor of workhorses that can be counted on to get the job done.

What’s In It for You

Most of our clients don’t care how we print, as long as we can deliver the breathtaking quality and lightning-fast turnaround for which Copresco is famous.

Still Curious?

Here’s some of the features that sold us on Canon’s C9010VP:

  • Dual fixing units allow integration of a vast range of paper stocks, even within the same book.
  • Print sizes up to 30” in length for covers, fold-outs, and 6-page signatures.
  • Inline spectrophotometry to profile, control and monitor color accuracy and consistency.
  • Translucent toner technology for quality levels superior to any production inkjet press on the market today.
Wow!

“The books—wow! The books are beautiful,” gushed Sandy Gregory, our customer whose 2nd edition of The Art of Traveling Italy was the first project to be printed on our new presses.

She was already delighted with Copresco’s quality, but amazed that her reprints looked even better off the new machines.

So, when you need a little “wow” on your next color project, call the company with the equipment and the know-how to get it done. Call Copresco.

Yes, Virginia

Christmas may be over, but Virginia’s message of hope is worth reflecting upon as we begin a new year.

This yuletide treasure has been featured on Copresco’s website since 1994.

It’s a child’s 1897 inquiry about Santa Claus that puts the whole season into proper perspective.

Is There a Santa Claus?

“Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus” is a phrase from an editorial called “Is There a Santa Claus?”

The editorial appeared in the September 21, 1897, edition of The New York Sun.

Eight-year-old Virginia O’Hanlon wrote a letter to the Sun’s editor and the quick response was printed as an unsigned editorial.

World Renowned

The work of veteran newsman Francis Pharcellus Church has since become history’s most reprinted newspaper editorial, appearing in part or whole in dozens of languages in books, movies, and other editorials, and on posters and stamps.
