Johnson's World Goes Monthly in Americn Printer

    Steve Johnson, president of Copresco, has assumed responsibility for a monthly column in American Printer magazine. His column previously appeared on a bimonthly basis in this national trade magazine.

    A professional with 28 years' experience in the graphic arts field, Johnson co-founded Copresco in 1987. The firm is a pioneer in digital printing technology and printing on-demand.

    An award-winning writer, he has been active as an author, consultant and speaker on a variety of business and technological topics for the graphic arts and technical communications industries.

    He has won several awards for publications excellence, marketing communications, newsletter editing and technical writing. He also serves as an advisory editor for a national newsletter published by the Printing Industries of America.

    Copresco specializes in digital on-demand printing of publications, books and manuals for clients in the general business, printing trade, technical and institutional fields. The company is headquartered in Carol Stream, Ill.

    American Printer has served the graphic arts industry since 1883.  The Chicago-based monthly trade magazine serves some 82,000 commercial printers.
